Join a Team

At Mosaic Church, every gift matters. We believe that everyone has a part to play. Joining a team is a simple way to use your God-given talents to bless others, grow in faith, and be part of a vibrant community. Whether you enjoy music, hospitality, pastoral work, children’s ministry, or tech, there’s a place for you to serve.

Get involved

We have lots of teams involved with running Communities and Sunday mornings. Our teams include:

  • Welcome

  • Worship

  • Teach

  • Setup

  • Children ministry

  • Youth ministry

Many roles are open to anyone who comes to Mosaic: men and women, young and old, single and married. Some roles require specific training or safeguarding (DBS) checks, which we will provide.

For roles in leadership, teaching, worship, pastoral care, or prayer ministry, we like to get to know you first. This helps us ensure that you are actively following Jesus, share our core vision and values, and have a strong mentoring relationship in place. Usually, this involves completing the church membership process and connecting with a personal pastor.
